For the past 18 years Carol Turano has dedicated her professional life to helping individuals, groups and organizations grow. As a business consultant and Licensed Social Worker, Carol brings a very diverse blend of skills and education to her work with teams businesses and leaders. Currently Carol is Program Director of a non-profit organization that provides many different programs to teenagers and their families. As a Master Facilitator of the EXCITE! Challenge, Carol uses experiential learning and team building to enhance problem solving skills which individuals can bring back to their organization. Carol is currently a Rotarian and is a volunteer coach for a high school basketball team. |
